Cooke Brothers Introduce a Range of Heavy Duty Modular Hinges

Cooke Brothers introduce a range of heavy duty modular hinges available in mild steel and stainless steel 304.

The range is flexible to allow hinges to be custom configured to achieve removable pin or fixed pin hinges and includes lift off flag style hinges or 4 knuckle butt hinge style hinges in 3mm, 4mm and 5mm leaf thicknesses

Heavy duty modular hinge pins include the expanded hinge pin which can be assembled or disassembled with a hammer. Also the headed hinge pin and the headed hinge short stud which are fitted with a hammer and make the pin non removable. Hinge pins are available in both mild steel and stainless steel 304 in a selection of lengths with 6mm, 8mm or 10mm diameter options.

All components are supplied without holes, unassembled for easy on site assembly. Pre-assembled, or special modifications, cranks, special hole patterns, etc. are available on request.
