ROBOTIC WELDING
Utilised for either standalone subcontract welding or as an integral part of the component manufacturing process, the fully articulated robotic arm allows extremely consistent and rapid welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium components. Products up to 0.8m x 0.8m x 0.6m with longer lengths such as welded continuous hinges up to 2.5m can being accommodated. Weld types include MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and TIG Filler (TIG Welding with Filler Rod). The twin cell welder can be set up for higher volumes with duplicate set ups in each cell allowing for unloading & reloading whilst welding is taking place in parallel, or single cell or different cell set ups for small volumes.
