3 Way adjustment
PIVOTA® can be adjusted in all three directions without the need to remove or interfere with the door.
The clamping plates are designed to allow for precise door adjustment across the following planes:
- Compression adjustment between door and frame seal
- Variable height adjustment
- Lateral plane adjustment
Anti-Burglary protection
Specific hinges within the range can be fitted with an anti-burglary protection device.

The PIVOTA range of concealed hinges are available in a range of aesthetically pleasing finishes suiting a wide range of styles. Standard finishes are velour-nickel plated, stainless steel coloured, aluminium coloured and galvanic finishes are available on request.
RAL colours - A basic range of RAL colours. Custom colours are available upon request.
Epoxy Powder Coating (zinc phosphate BS 3189 - polyester powder coat) to BS and RAL colours, matt or gloss.

PIVOTA Hinge Adjustability
Another great benefit to these concealed hinges is they are 3-Dimensionally adjustable. Their clamping plates with toothing enables load-independent adjustment of the door height and the lateral closing pressure against the seal. They can be adjusted by altering the rebate clearance on the spindles in the door part.
When adjusted, only the positioning of the door is affected leaving the joint mechanics completely untouched. This ensures the highest precision for daily continuous operation.
A number of accessories are available for installation in casing frames or closed frame. Safety plates are available with the PIVOTA concealed hinge and can be fully adapted to suit specific needs, ensuring maximum security and stability.
Hinge retainers can also be inserted into the frame in combination with steel frames.
