This technology allows us to produce small, one-off batches – including single prototypes – with the flexibility to tweak designs along the way to bring your vision to life.

How the Easter Bunny Hinge was Made

So, how does the magic happen? The Easter bunny hinge is crafted from 1.5mm thick material and a 6mm bar on our Cooke Brothers laser press. This machine not only cuts the bunny shape but also curls the knuckle in a single process, providing a truly satisfying experience for onlookers. The pin is then seamlessly integrated, all in-house at Cooke Brothers.

Our multi-function laser punch press ensures high-quality machining from start to finish, handling tasks like riveting, drilling, welding, tapping, finishing, and folding.
